Our Study Tours are educational programs that offer students and professionals an immersive Australian learning experience.

Study Tours are tailored to the priorities of your institution or business, and can include English language and subject-specific classes, industry visits and tourist site visits. TAFE NSW Study Tours cater to a wide range of in-demand sectors and course areas. Our in-person Study Tours are a great way for participants to get practical knowledge of Australian industries and valuable on-the-job training. We also offer virtual Study Tours across multiple disciplines, including our specialised English programs.

All Study Tours include a comprehensive orientation session and access to our student support facilities.

    Barista Study Tour

TAFE NSW developed its 4-week Global Barista Study Tour for students of South Korea’s First Academy, who attended the pilot program in June and July 2024.

This Study Tour combines barista and hospitality training with specialised English and employment skills training, at TAFE NSW’s Ultimo campus in Sydney.

As an added benefit, this program also provides successful graduates with a TAFE NSW Statement of Attainment in Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA).
